We won’t ever charge you for handling.

We will only ship your goods once we receive full payment.

Ownership of products will only pass to you once we receive full payment.

Orders from outside the UK may be subject to import duty and taxes of which we have no control.

It is your responsibility to abide by the laws of the country to which products are destined.

From time to time we may offer free shipping as part of a promotion. This will be confirmed at checkout.

MAKING A PURCHASE

When you place an order through the website, we will send an e-mail to confirm that we have received the order.
All orders are subject to our *Full Terms and Conditions.

The Shooting Emporium Ltd cannot accept an order until payment is received in full for all products and any related delivery charges.

Orders placed through the website represent an offer to purchase a product. It is accepted for each product when we send you an e-mail to confirm that the order has been received. We reserve the right to reject any order for any reason.

All orders are subject to stock availability. If we are unable to supply any products that you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible. In the event that an out-of-stock product is part of an order and we cannot contact you, we will send what products we have in stock, refunding the purchase price of any unavailable product where payment has already been made.

RETURNS POLICY

Our Refund Guarantee :

Just send your item back to us, in its original condition, with proof of purchase within 30 days (or 14 days during sale periods) for a full exchange or refund. Please ensure that items reach us in tip top condition. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Once we receive your parcel, we'll send your new item/s to you, on next day delivery - free of charge.

Faulty items:

We take great pride in everything we do and are just as disappointed as you when things aren't up to scratch. If you have received something that isn't up to the high standard you expect from us please call 08442449621or email sales@theshootingemporium.co.uk where one of our Customer Service Team will be able to advise you on how to return your faulty goods.

Free Returns and exchanges are not applicable to orders placed outside the UK, the cost of the return will be the customer's responsibility.
We can't be held responsible for overseas items that fail to reach us, therefore overseas customers may wish to send their parcel via a registered trackable service and get a proof of receipt.
